Itinerary description
2016
A new course prompted me to re-set the M70-74 Age record which I had set the year before (42:56) on the old course.
Thought it would be easy - it wasn't (for me) with the second half being very hilly (and I hate hills).
However, I did manage to better last year's time by one second (42:55), so given the natural slowdown for my age (say 30 seconds) a much better performance.
