Itinerary description
Nice forest trail (PR2) through the Loriga valley. It took us to a swimming hole named Poco de Broca, after which we returned the same way and swam in the river Ribeira de Loriga. It's almost all downhill, so it gets harder on the way back, mostly because of the heat. Trails are good and well marked, if you want you can continue all the way to Cabeca.
