Itinerary description
Skagehola farm built in 1800s, the family had 10 kids and were self sufficient living off the land, fishing, hunting, goats, and goat cheese. After taking this hike, you will appreciate that the mother would always carry her children down to be baptized.
Though this hike was recorded as a one way, you can travel both ways from the fjord from ferry, kayak or ribbed boat.
