Itinerary description
Munros: Ruadh-Stac Mor and Spidean Coire nan Clach
The walk starts from the Car Park found just at the beginning of the path that climbs up the corrie to the first top Spidean Coire nan Clach. The path goes up pretty quick along a rocky and gravelly path zigzaging up to the coll, where we can find a Cairn. We turn right following the ridge till we reach the first Munro.
We come back our path for a few meters and we follow the ridge on the west direction. The path is easy, but can be lost if the weather turns bad. Pay attention and note that there are good drops on each side of the ridge.
The paths follows up to the Còinneach Mhòr, but can be avoided by a little and less marked path on the right side of the hill. Keep following the wide and flat ridge that will allow us to reach the second Munro Ruadh-Stac Mor. There is no well marked path but if the weather is good we can easy distinguish the top.
We undo our path again till the coll and go down the gully. Take care on the way down, there is a little bit of scramble needed and loose rock at some points of the descent. We keep on the track and follow the direction to the Loch. The path is very easy to lose at this point. Round the loch and follow the well marked path found at the end of the loch. The path from here is well marked and will go along all the glen to the main road. Once there follow the road to the starting point.
