Itinerary description
Awesome trip to Fimmvörðuháls where volcanic activity is ongoing these days. Took a jeep by Extreme Iceland ( http://www.extremeiceland.is/ )
up Myrdalsjökull glacier and to the eruption. Magnificent weather and view, will upload video soon. Track is actually the way down;)

An utterly beautiful shot. Congrats. https://www.wikiloc.com/offroading-trails/volcano-eruption-at-fimmvorduhals-iceland-01-04-2010-818917/photo-245282
thanks, I really recommend to visit Iceland for this opportunity if you have the chance. Also, the currency is extrememly favourable now. And lots of companies are offering jeep trips over the glacier, but one can also hike (around 10hours) or go by helicopter. but keep in mind the temp up there is about 15-20°C below zero

Thanks for the comment, actually the new eruption is not as tourist friendly as the first one seen on these pictures, I placed some pictures of that on "Þríhyrningur and new volacano eruption" hoping to upload video soon but havin´some problems with the music. However, still recommend to visit Iceland;) https://www.wikiloc.com/offroading-trails/volcano-eruption-at-fimmvorduhals-iceland-01-04-2010-818917/photo-245282
