Itinerary description
After a climbing expedition, I took the road back from Chame to Besisahar. On the way we crossed numerous trekkers, many of them looking unnervingly at us when we passed them in our 4WD. Obviously they were not aware that the former big Annapurna trekking path had turned into a (mud) road used by many 4WDs, motor bikes, etc. I recorded part of the road. Your trek should not resemble this. The views remain stunning but you should explore other parts of Nepal for trekking. I doubt that this is even worthwhile for MTBs, of which we crossed a few.
