Itinerary description
Début et fin de parcours sur route à la découverte du massif et vue dominante sur la descente. Partie centrale de chemins glissants et ravinés à la recherche de la bonne trajectoire. Passages techniques voir très techniques par endroits ! Passé avec un DEFENDER de 3,5T équipé raid. Possibilité de bivouaquer dans des espaces dégagés sans vue, en pleine nature !

Wonderful trail. This is such a beautiful part of Pollino National Park. Thanks so much for this suggestion... it changed our vacation right from the start! We did the trail in a 1991 VW T3 Syncro Camper. We found one very difficult spot where I had to build a rock ramp and use both front and rear diff locks. It was all very well worth it. We ended up taking this route until we found a great spot to camp by an abandoned property. The next day we drove all of the way through to Verbicaro.
For anyone else interested in using this trail, go for it! It’s great. But you must have at least rear diff lock, and I wouldn’t do it if it has rained recently.
