Started from Kasbah Marabout (best desert overnight stay) it's very nice food, very clean and the best Portuguese host ever, make sure you order Gin & Tonic from him!!
Lots of sand in the beginning and rocky mountains track for around 30 km. Rocks the whole way up and down. But the scenery down is beautiful.
