Itinerary description
From: Trails End Campground
To: Standing Stone
Up trail 47 we took a wrong turn at Winona post office but got back on track. From 47 we took 58 which was a pretty rough climb to 29 then a short ride to 27 a little ways down 27 we final found Standing Stone. We stopped I believe on 29 and hiked up to some caves my wife spotted. We didn't find any deep caves but we did find a cool fisher in a huge rock that we climbed through. After a littler lunch at Standing Stone we headed further down 27 to 20 where we spotted a couple isolated ponds and luckily I brought my fishing poles (never leave home without one). I caught a small bass and skunked the wife. :) then proceeded on to 47 and back to camp. This was a great ride that took most of the day.
