Itinerary description
Beautiful tour towards Salar de Tara with 4X4 jeep. route sometimes only visible by gps trail (directly trough the desert) and very loose sand can be expected. So it's a bit of a risk (as there is nobody else, and no wireless signal) but it's definitely worth it!!

Absolutely phenomenal route. As written by the author - you need to be confident that your 4x4 will not break down. Take lots of water just in case. The route is pretty much impossible to get wrong if you follow the GPS. You will be all alone with flamingoes and maybe some alpaca. Respect the birds and do not frighten them. Enjoy!
