Itinerary description

Starts with an alternative, paved road up to l'alpe d'huez. Continuation via refuge de Col de Sarenne, which turned out to be a really lovely (almost paved) road with breathtaking views. We had a rainy day and the colors were really amazing. From Besse a dirt and gravel road up to Col Saint Georges and further over Chalet Du Fay to Mizeon. Especially between the Chalet and Mizeon really amazing landscapes. The road as such is not challenging and every Italian can easily do it with a Panda.

No idea about the snow load. The track as such is definitely not difficult or challanging and maybe doable even if covered by snow. But finally you have to decide ;=)
