Itinerary description
Exploration trail to Rawdhat AlKhafs. You do not need to engage 4x4 or air down your tyres for this track although it is advisable to engage your 4x4 system as some parts of the track early on are sandy. As you drive on you will see on your 2 o'clock position a mountain side that looks like a wedge. You may proceed to to the foothills of that mountain and camp there. Do not litter and take out your trash with you. For the rest of the track it is not advisable to drive after dark as you will not be able to make out tracks which have been left by other vehicles previously traversing the area. Proceed with caution. My recommendation is that after you camp at the foot of the mountain wedge return to the trailhead the same way you get there to be on the safe side.
