Great journey, I may be headed there soon too. Which digital maps did you use for the expedition? Thanks
Dear rb6789
We use garmin, North Africa and Mauritania regions, thks
Hello, how difficult it is? I mean... I will travel solo on motorcycle. Thks
Hello Marco,
Its a very good sand track, have small pockets of soft sand or dunnetes more dificult to pass but nothing major. I do not advise to go solo, because the distance for getting some help is very huge, there are a small villages on the way, and off course the train, but if anything needed you are in a very remote location.
God speed!
Thank you very much
Marco, did you ride the trail to Choum alone or?

Hello, do you think it is possible to do it with a 4x2 vehicle (and not a 4x4) ?
Hi Alp,
It could be possible, but I don't think it's feasible to do this in a 4x2, there are areas with a lot of sand, you'll spend some time stucked, you dont enjoy it. I don't recommend doing it alone either.
