Itinerary description
Picayune and Placer Gulch is a short 4x4 trail with some steep sections. The trail isn't technical however a 4x4 with high clearance is required. Take your time and explore the many old mining structures including the Treasure Mountain Mine and the Gold Prince Mine. The views are spectacular.
