Itinerary description
Ideal a quién le guste la fotografía, con unos paisajes impresionantes. Trayecto muy fácil, lo peor es la subida que la hacemos por camino de asfalto excesivamente deteriorado y abandonado, hasta llegar los repetidores de Sierra Alhamilla, a partir de aquí y hasta el final tramos de tierra y asfalto todos en excelente estado.

Hola Coyote13. A mediados de octubre iré por Almería y he visto la ruta ésta que has hecho y quería preguntarte si hay alguna dificultad administrativa para hacerla. Quiero decir que si no está prohibida la circulación por pistas en esa zona o si hay que solicitar permisos. Gracias

Beautiful but officially not allowed from the north side (based on road signs). The north access is probably a road that was built a long time ago with asphalt but is completely abandoned. A lot of sharp edges create an den by the broken asphalt layer. Good "All Terrain" (with thick protective sides) tires highly recommended. And will be easier with shorter and higher clearance trucks.
It's good to start from the north and go up the hard side and back down to the south with sunset and easy dirt roads. Nice view points at the different antennas along the top. I was alone and I have a long (5m) and heavy 4x4 (Land Cruiser Troopy), it was a good test for my new wheels.

Hola, esta misma mañana he intentado la ruta, pero desde el principio mismo (a la espalda del Oasis Western) está cortada la pista. Una pena. Sdos.
