Itinerary description
One of the most panoramic roads in the Balkans. Do not get discouraged by the dirt road as its condition is not that bad. The rangers of the park were traveling around with a Volkswagen Golf 1. It takes approx.1 hour from Plave to the lake. The time spent is awarded with a breathtaking view of the unspoiled Hrid Lake.

Nice trail. Im planning to go next week. Does the offroad trail end by the lake or at the old stone house? Thanks!
It goes alll the way to the border but from the lake the condition of the road is not that good. You can loop it by going around Hrid mountain. You will really like it. Just to remind you, there is a fee for entering the park. The rangers stopped me and asked me if i had the ticket with me. I paid it when i entered Dolja valley in Gucinje. The same ticket covers all the Prokletje in MNE.
