Itinerary description
Mostly easy heavily trafficked trail with multiple tight switchbacks, low ledges and ample turnouts for passing and for viewpoints. There are a few steep rocky climbs and descents but nothing too difficult. Be sure to stop at the Birthing Rock for some impressive native rock art. Catacombs Rocks is riddled with caves and tunnels begging begging to be explored. This trail doesn't disappoint.
