Itinerary description
Interesting route, which runs on large parts off the beaten path. In M'Hamid it goes directly to the Oued Draa, which leads you directly to the Erg Zeher. Partly very soft sand!
From Erg Zeher it goes over small dune areas and wide plains directly to Erg Chigaga.
The next part of the route leads directly through the Erg Chigaga. A crossing from east to west.
From the Erg Chigaga it goes across the Lac Irici. Attention: do not drive this route after rain. There is a risk of getting stuck in the dry lake floor.
The last part of the route avoids the very bad track which would lead directly to Foum Zguid.
