I see you crossed the border at Qafë Vranicë (near Çerem). So this is possible by (4x4) car? What about border formalities? I think there's no border post, but don't you need an entry stamp? I want to drive from Albania into Montenegro, in opposite direction.
Yes with 4x4 car is possible, we have Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, we just cross the border, nobody was there ...
I read that I need an entry stamp in my passport, which is checked upon leaving Montenegro at the exit border post. So I'm hesitant to enter the country without getting that stamp. You went into Albania, so maybe you didn't encounter this problem.
No... we crossing borders like this many time and no problem. We don't use passport we have only EU ID card.
