Itinerary description
Saturday afternoon jaunt up the Florence lake FSR.
Main road is easily drivable by most vehicles to almost the end. Any open side trails are rocky and rough going. High clearance, 4 wheel drive, AT tyres highly recommended. Lots of side trails are gated a few are not.

Stocker friendly trail, good place to test out all the metals and newbies. I had fun, that was my first trip with my rig, encountered black bear twice.
Close to civilization with some okay views. Try some routes beneath the power lines parallel on West Harrison FSR as far as Hale Creek. Hale Creek can be pretty rough going from the south access and north access is just a bit better.
Will do👍🏼 Thanks Amadreas!
Also try the Stawamus FSR to the Indian arm. Easy family trip with a view of the old Wigwam inn.
Thanks again Amadreas! You rig is so cool, I have the diecast model of it.
Definitely will do, the kid cry if I don't bring her lol
Where should I get start from ? Stawamus FSR or Indian arm ? wanna do a one way trip instead of round.
Stawamus side. The hardest part, if you can call it that, is the summit area, after that is pretty smooth sailing. Great for families. Also west Harrison road beneath the power lines if you want more off-roading intro to test out a rig and ability without taxing yourself or your vehicle. Good stop along the way for some good views and lunching break. Hale creek is windy so pack a jacket. Use Gaia gps for route building and add the BC backroads layer, and current and past forest fire layers. Highly recommended. Let me know if you need some more info.
Copy that, will take your advise, will do some homework on Gaia and backroad map before we go. Will let you know If I need help, thanks again!! If you have IG, add me there (my username), so we can chat in private.
