From Sekereti camp along the river we drove north towards Leeupan and finally Khaudum campsite.
Very beautiful route but dangerous - Deep sand, mud puddles (whether or not made deeper / further excavated by animals), fording and rocks.
Well worth it as the route is a lot more varied in terms of views, landscape and wildlife and vegetation than the direct through route.
4WD is really necessary throughout Khaudum NP, and the routes are not scratch-free.
