Itinerary description
We drove this track in two days. First day we drove through villages. It’s more of an unpaved road than offroading. On the way we stopped and had tea.
We camped at lake Wadha Dam. Quiet and not windy spot. No people.
The second day we drove through green fields North of Fes. It was not really green because we drove the track in January. The track ends in a large parking lot near the Fes medina. We parked our car there went to the Medina and the ended the day on the camping site Diamant Vert in Fes.
Light 4x4 required as some of the roads are washed away by rainwater. or got a little muddy. Sometimes we took the wrong route so please pay attention to the areas were we turned around.
Low range will come handy because many of the roads are narrow and steep even in villages where you want to go.
We even drove at night and it was okay, don't recommend doing that though.
have fun!
