Itinerary description
We started from Baraj Gura Râului and the first 4 km where on an old road paved in the past but with a lot of holes thru Cheile Cibinului. After we took right in the direction of Șaua Cânaia and the road started to be muddy but practicable being in fact used mostly for the workers from the wood. After about 6 km the snow started to cover the road and it was doubled by the ice underneath and when we reached the river crossing we decided to turn around due to the ice. Than we returned to the junction and we took the road thru the forest on the way to Păltiniș. The track is easy and maybe in the summer period can be easily to be done.
