Katarini - Olympos - Meteoras
(Skála Korinoú - Vlacháva)

Our 1st Greek overland day.
Unfortunatelly due to the bad weather, we've decided not to go up to Olympos (was rain, wind and no visibility).

We had a super, autohton lunch under the Olympos.
There in Kokkinopilos have had the great and interesting oportunity to talk in archaic walachian (aromana) with local people.

Next time when appoaching Olympos definitelly will accomodate in this village.

After lunch we headed to Meteoras.
All durring the afternoon rain was our company - even at arrival at our 900+ m height accomodation in Vlachava mountain village near Meteroras.

Tomorrow little overland around site and Meteora gorges and visiting the suspended monasteries!
