Itinerary description
An alternative road from Petrela (near Tirana) to Elbasan, via Baldushk and Garunje. Much of this backroad is quite good - the middle part however doesn't exist on official maps, and includes some serious 4WD driving.
Not recommended when wet.

Awesome trail!!! When we visited Albania in October this year, we followed this trail and had an amazing day. We joined the trail at point 108, coming from Arbane. We did the trail a couple of days after some heavy rain, which made the trail very difficult and challenging - take note!! We made it, but only JUST on our aggressive A/T tyres, having to recover a couple of times, and have 3 goes at one hill-climb (M/T tyres would have certainly made it easier). In the dry it would be a lot easier.
