Itinerary description
gravel road in good conditions that offers several oportunities to watch the Arenal volcano spiting boulders of the size of a car from its active crater. At night this boulders leave a red line in their way downhill. It's an amazing sight accompanied with the rumbling sounds caused by the volcano activity.
The trail ends in Rancho Margott, an organic farm that I highly recommend just drop by to have a drink or stay longer for a horse ride or even overnight.
