Abu Al-Qud Route
Abu Al-Qud Route It is located in Tuwaiq Mountains dating back to the first Islamic period, 1,400 years ago. It was one of the significant commercial caravan routes in Yamamah province from the western side. It underwent a number of renovation works, most recently during the reign of King AbdulAziz It is a living model of construction engineering. Large honed rocks were used in the construction of this 1000 meter long route. The curves were added to facilitate the movement upward and downward. The rout's ground was paved with winding flat.
