4 track from Ukaj to Cijevna. This track starts from the Restaurant / Camping Ledi's Place where I stopped for a few days. I then went down to the sea and stopped directly on the Rana e Hedhun beach where, in addition to Achim's company, I had Tina as a guest. The beach is very large, you can easily cross it by car but at the same time very dirty, plastic everywhere.
I then continued on to Theth National Park, beautiful views of the rocky mountains and rivers with crystal clear and cold water. In my opinion, it is too busy, there are huts, campsites, hotels, the off-road highway, probably the best known track in the whole of Albania. I then continued to the border with Montenegro. The customs can be reached by a beautiful mountain road on asphalt with incredible views especially if done at sunset.

The track starts from the Ledi's Place Camping Restaurant, great for a 1/2 day stopover. In the village it is possible to find everything, market, vodafone and bread.

From the campsite we continued on asphalt to the sea. The last stretch of about 2 km is on sand, follow the main tracks.

The area is full of huts, campsites and hotels where to stop. It is a very popular park and probably the most famous in Albania. The view and the mountains are very beautiful, too busy for my taste, they are also rebuilding the road and will probably tarmac it for a large part.

Montenegro Border

We passed the Hani i Hotit - Bozhaj border there was a very long queue so we decided to do another 24 km to this customs where there was no one. The asphalt road to get here is fascinating, you go up a mountain pass and go up again on tight hairpin bends with a wonderful view. We stopped just after the border along the river for a quiet evening.
