Itinerary description
Tappa di trasferimento da Batman fino ad arrivare dentro il magnifico cratere di Nemrut. Il cratere è un luogo davvero singolare, un enorme antico cratere vulcanico con dentro 5 laghi, di cui 3 permanenti e 2 che si formano solo in inverno. Il lago più grande è accessibile anche con veicoli 2x4, nonostante la salita fino alla sommità del versante Sud, partendo da Tatvan sia piuttosto malridotta. una volta in fondo si possono esplorare vari tracciati in off, non difficili ma alcuni punti sabbiosi. Ci si può arrivare anche dal versante Nord seguendo una pista facile ma affascinante per il panorama.
Transfer stage from Batman until you get inside the magnificent crater of Nemrut. The crater is a truly unique place, a huge ancient volcanic crater with 5 lakes inside, 3 of which are permanent and 2 that form only in winter. The larger lake is also accessible by 2x4 vehicles, although the climb to the top of the southern slope from Tatvan is rather rough. once at the bottom you can explore various off-road tracks, not difficult but some sandy spots. It can also be reached from the north side by following an easy but fascinating track for the view.
