A nice boat trip topped off with two nice dives, and obtained the Advanced Open Water patent.
Spectacular diving at Shark and Yolanda Reef, on the southern tip of the Sinai peninsula.

Shark and Yolanda Reef are located at the extreme southern edge of the Sinai, this diving point is the meeting point between the two gulfs that delimit this peninsula: Suez and Aqaba. Because of this, the currents favor the growth of corals, the abundance of food and therefore the presence of large groups of fish of various types, including barracudas, snappers, amberjacks, unicorns, platax. Naturally, the exciting encounter with the dream of all divers, the shark, cannot be missed. Napoleon wrasse, spotted rays, sea eagles and turtles are the animals that can commonly be seen. A small sandy plateau divides these two reefs, which can normally be visited in a single dive. Shark reef is the more easterly of the two. With a vertical wall that reaches a depth of 800 metres, it is completely covered in blue alcyonaria and small gorgonians and is the starting point of the dive, tackled in drift. Continuing west, the small plateau (about 30 meters) will begin where we will find a coral garden that will show us the beginning of Yolanda reef, completely different from the previous one.
In short, truly spectacular!
