- In this case in training we opted to take a virtual tour of London, and do the real circuit from home that coincides with the Classic London Race .

- Training is thus made more enjoyable, simulating a circuit with runners, cyclists, walkers, ... crossing exceptional landscapes thanks to virtual reality, advances in sports technology. A few months ago I did not see myself playing with "e-sports", and now, without wanting to enter competition, I am seeing something that bears some similarity to the maligned "e-sports".

- Zwift has five circuit zones: Watopia, New York, London, Richmond and Innbruck, the last two, real circuits.
CLASSIC LONDON RACE
- It is a circuit incorporated since 2016 into the Zwift route catalog, with 13 different routes, with the theme of "Prudential Ride London" a famous Cycling Festival, the largest in the world. We chose the classic with 5.5 km, with a lot of flatness: ascent difference: 71m. descent drop: 85 m.

- The Zwift programmers freely designed the tour they call London Classic . The route exists in reality, it has its profile on the screen (virtual reality), being able to register in the Zwift application with images that resemble those of a video game.
SESSION ANALYSIS
- This time we did a route of one hour and 7.8 km. at a pace of 8.06 min / km and with an average heart rate of 115 dpi. We include the session data in the following table:
Upper table: session analysis
TREADMILL TRAINING
- The experience was not bad, we value this type of activity very positively,, ...
- The result: "we sweat the fat drop", and the satisfaction that we moved with what we had rewarded us.
