Itinerary description

Show original
We left Islamabad through Embassy Road in the direction of Margalla Hills.
This avenue reaches a junction. We take the road that goes down and that is signposted as Margalla Road.

We continue straight until we reach the entrance to the National Park. This entrance gives access to the Trail 3 but also indicates that on our right there is a path that leads to the Trail 5. We take this trail.

Following this we will reach a wide track (trail 5). We take left and begin the ascent.

The track comes to the junction of a stream that comes down from the Ficus waterfall that we will visit later.

From here the path becomes narrower and the ascent starts winding until we reach a pass.

Arrived at the hill, we turn right towards the Restaurant and after reaching the summit, we descend towards the Restaurant and the road in less than 1 km.

After traveling about 500 m along the road leaving the restaurant on our left, we take a narrow track on our left that goes up to the viewpoint.

We descend and undo what we walk, before reaching the stream, we ascend towards the Ficus waterfall and from here we go down to the information center. We take again the link to trail 3 and from here we return to the embassy area.

Very rude comment, Dr. Braveheart. Try using google translator or use the magic words like 'please' or 'would you mind to translate this'.

    Learn some manners.
    Have a nice day.
