9:50 comencem a caminar des de l'aparcament en direcció a la vall. La pista està ben marcada i és fàcil de seguir, fins i tot en mal temps.
11:00 arribem a una gran obertura on girem a la dreta amb objectiu la base de la muntanya, on comença l'ascensió real.
11:20 arribem a la base de la cresta i decidim posar-nos grampons i arnes.
Una vegada que estem lligats comencem l'escalada.
14:16 hem arribat on comença la part més exposada, fins i tot sense visibilitat es poden veure els impressionants abismes a banda i banda.
15:00 estem a la part més complicada de la via. Amb neu esdevé realment una zona molt exposada i impressionant, és necessari procedir amb determinació i precaució.
15:22 finalment arribem al cim i procedir a fer el nostre camí de tornada.
15:38 caminem 600m SSE i després girem a l'esquerra, orientant-nos NE i la vall de la qual venim.
Seguim el camí fins a arribar a l'aparcament.

9:50 We start walking from the car park into the valley. The track is well marked and easy to follow, even in bad weather.
11:00 Reached a big opening where we turn right aiming for the base of the mountain, where the actual climb starts.
11:20 We reach the base of the crest and we decide to put crampons and harness on.
Once we are tied together we start climbing de ridge.
14:16 Reached where the very exposed part starts, even without visibility one can see the sheer drops on both sides.
15:00 we are at the crux. With snow it becomes really exposed and impressive, necessary to proceed with determination and caution.
15:22 Finally we summit and proceed to make our way back.
15:38 We walk 600m SSE and then turn left, facing NE and the valley we came from.
We follow back the path until we get to the car park.
17:35 we arribe at car parking
