Itinerary description
Satopanth summit day. From camp 2 the routes go up to the base of the knife ridge, a beautiful section with significant drop at either side. At the end of the knife ridge an optional C3 can be established. From then on straightforward slope to the summit with the only difficulty of the altitude, and often, the wind. At the summit it may be tricky getting past the cornice and depending on the conditions it can be safer just staying underneath.
