Itinerary description

Hike up Rucu & Guagua Pichincha from the teleferiQo. 7.5hours round trip (included running down some sections). Weather deteriorated as the day went on, probably would have been better to stay in the refugio near Guagua. Last section of hike up Guagua was exhausting, on sandy volcanic ash. Only recommend a one-day round-trip for the very fit.
