Itinerary description
From the refuge following the obvious traces along the Col du Géant. This route crosses a glacier and therefore you should always take the necessary precautions, including being roped to others.
Once across the glacier you will begin to climb up towards the Dent du Géant. Due to the altitude this is a more difficult route than it appears.
Once at the Dent du Géant the climb commences along the left side, with climbs of between 4+ and 6a. Continue to ascend the Dent, before reaching Le Point Graham at the top. Say hello to the statue of the Virgin Mary before descending slightly to reach the rappel. Rappel to the bottom of the Dent, which can be done with a 50m rope in 3 sections. Pay attention to keep to the left on the first rappel.
