I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAIL DUE TO THE EXTREME RISK IN KAKOSKALA
A COUPLE OF SPOTS WERE VERY INSECURE
DO NOT ATTEMPT UNLESS IDEAL CONDITIONS APPLY
    EXPERTS ONLY
BEST USE LOUKI TRAIL BOT UPHILL AND DOWN

I have followed this trail  View more

I did this trail also in August 2019, in 2 days, first was a cool one with the ascent to Agapitos , the second was the circular trail descibed here. It is safer to descent Louki than ascent it, unless you have a helmet. We went down to Louki when noone was going up, because our descent inevitably throws some stones that can be dangerous for others. We stopped for a coffee at kakkalos refuge and stook the kofto path to Agapitos in low visibility. This is where we saw a few roe deer in the fog!
