The route is only one way: Łysa Polana - Rysy (back the same way).
Of course, it is best to leave as soon as possible, while the 'ceprostrada' does not have too many people;), secondly, from the MO shelter, you enter a peak of about 4h, plus a similar time of descent (the more people come down, the longer it goes down) : chains, crevices, steep slopes).
Generally, I noticed that Rysy is becoming a hardcore version of Giewont ... and sometimes you can meet, for example, a master in varnishes, another barefoot (it's so from your own observation - fortunately, these fantasies did not climb higher than just above Black Pond)
It's good to have hand protectors, cold chains can cool down sometimes, the enthusiasm of going;)
