Itinerary description
.....
Approach and ascent of the Corridor of the North Face of Teide called the "Y" because of its shape. The north face of Teide is usually accessed when there is enough snow to be able to ascend through its long corridors, of up to 1500m of unevenness, and not through the "picón" (lapilli of successive eruptions, which is difficult to walk and in the paths are easily marked, which can spoil the landscape).
