Itinerary description

A long road ahead of you. The best route is divided into two days. An indicated exit in the early morning (around 6:00). You're going to make it to the top and go down to the Podrag hostel. The road from Balea Lac to the top takes about 10 hours + 3 hours to return to the hostel. Along the way you have to overcome several hills, and then destroy the entire height on the descent. In places, snow and chains. Very nice scenic route. At the Window of the Dragons is a branching on the red and blue trail. Red leads to the top of Moldoveanu, blue to the shelter of Podrag. I walked red to the top, then return to the hostel and the next day return to heaven.

Hello, do you have to take any caution regarding wild bears in the area?
We didn’t meet beers in high montains, but several times ago we met wild beers by the Transfogarian Road, but there was down in the forest .
