Itinerary description
This hike is difficult considering the trouble you face at some points where you should really have climbing skills. The trail has only some small signs at the beginning of the trail and after the first part where you get inside Fagus Forest (pyll Ahu) there is no sign. After that there are three difficult parts. Have a look on attached photo. First climbing part is not difficult as you have space to put your hands and feet. The most dangerous part is Second Climbing part. One should be very careful there. Best thing is to use a rope. Don’t even try if the ground is wet. The part below the climbing area is very steep and at least one should have a helmet during the climbing. This part is around 4.85km from the trailhead or 600m before reaching the peak and at elevation 2041m. Third climbing part is not difficult and after that there is steep hike which according to my device is 97 grade.
