Hello Jotirol, I'm curious what road conditions from Tirana to Qafa e Murrizit are like. Is there asphalt up to the pass, can the road by navigated with a regular vehicle? Thanks!
Yes the road is good and aphalted. You can go there through new Rruga Dibres. Search on google map for: Qafa e Murizes.
