Itinerary description
A 4 man team from Brisbane Bush Walkers.
My first attempt at Logan's.
A 15min smoko was taken on the way up.
I averaged a heart rate of 147.
(My maximum is 201)
So, this is a fairly spirited effort.
I'm questioning that if we went faster, the fall risk might start to increase to an uncomfortable level.
