Itinerary description
Route on Le Morne.
To get to the start point, don't follow the road to the hotels on the Le Morne peninsula. It is a long way around and at the end over some ugly cobblestone pavement.
Instead of turning right to the hotels, go straight on the 2 serpentine uphill and then the long straight downhill towards Le Morne village. When the road makes a left turn after the long straight, turn on the forest path, there should be a sign to the climb, and follow this path to the parking.
The part to the first viewpoint is quite easy if you want to go further I'd recommend a guide like "The Friendly Dodo", they speak German and English.
