Itinerary description
Nice and easy walk on Krafla. There was much mud on the way and my shoes became very heavy. The hike starts at lake Víti - a popular tourist attraction.

We did it in opposite direction. We find out that today it is not even allowed to do the round path around the lake. There is not a marked path up to the peak, but going down there is a path (we did it in opposite direction).
Great views, and without much people as we moved forward away from the lake.
Today was dry, so clean boots ;)
