Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and more than that, a very interesting adventure destination, which combines beautiful landscapes, a cultural trip, safaris and a lot of adventure on a high-altitude mountain with low technical difficulty, recommended for beginners, but with great significance, as it is part of the 7 summits.
Despite all this, going to Tanzania is not a cheap trip, so it's good to prepare yourself to reach the summit. It's not necessary to be an athlete, but there's no way you can't be sedentary. Prepare yourself by walking a lot, hiking in Brazil and preparing your cardio.
The ascent of Kilimanjaro via the Machame route takes 7 days and 6 nights. This is the route that I offer in my work as a mountain guide and this is partly due to the fact that at Machame we manage to acclimatize well and this becomes a summit.
I offer my logistical services, guides, food camps, help with air tickets and other tours, because when going to Kilimanjaro, you need to take advantage and go on a safari and suddenly end the trip by going to rest on the paradisiacal beaches of Zanzibar. See my services in the external link below.
