Itinerary description

This was our second attempt at climbing this mountain - we had been here last spring but been turned away by the farmer on the (reasonable) grounds that his sheep, just released into summer pastures on the slopes, might be chased away from their newborn lambs. Funnily enough he turned up again, this time to ask us to drive any sheep we might come across down the slopes so he wouldn't need to chase them all over the place! His REAL reson for checking up on us probably had something to do with the fact that the ptarmigan hunting season had just started - he got a bit embarrassed when he discovered who we were (and that we had no guns).
