I did this trail starting from Isola Rossa (not from Trinita', as in the track) and the round trip totals about 9 miles with 1300 ft Vert overall. It is a well known local trail which used to be poorly marked in the Cala Rossa Tinnari coast trail seciton. situation nuch is much improved (summer 2022), thanks to a tour organizer who is leading groups down the coast from Santa Teresa to Badesi. Follow the cairns ("ometti") and the red/white or just red splotches on the rocks and you can't get lost. Beware that the coast trail section i slippery and you need to resist the temptation to do it in beach slippers---there are a couple of slippery moderately exposed but still dangerous sections and you risk serious harm if you fall---it's granite all around. You'd be fine with trail running shoes. Views are stunning, and you will most likely not meet anyone on the best section. Highly recommended!
