Itinerary description

Located NW of Öræfajökull, Hrútfjallstindar is the place to go once you've done Hvannadalshnjúkur - or so they say. This was a great hike in good weather (as witnessed by the pictures) until we were almost at the top - then the clouds closed in and cut off the view :-(
My GPS gave up the ghost soon after leaving the summit so this is a one-way track.
