Really demanding route, with some moderate scrambling involved.
Beginning and end of the hike pass through some bog areas.
Hiking boots and trekking poles recommended.
Do not attempt to hike this route in bad weather. Even when the weather is good there is a chance of strong winds on top of the hills making the scrambling a little bit harder.
Hike done clockwise but can be done anti clockwise (probably easier).
